Hi all, just got back from a family reunion trip to Hawaii. What a great time. Nice people, nice food, great scenery and a warm break away from our cold continental winter. Where was my tinnitus? It was hardly noticeable. There is something magical about the trip. The spike was not there and the T was always lower volume, not enough to distract. I have been back for a week, and there were already 2 spikes (it is quite consistent, every few days). So what is it about the vacation magic? The relaxed atmosphere? The fun things to do and see? The warm weather better for tinnitus? Not sure, but I am already making plan to relocate.   Does anybody have similar experience with their T during vacation?

Yep. It's happened both times I went on week-long vacations since T. Pretty obvious conclusion - my job (or my reaction to it) is either causing or contributing to my tinnitus.

..........

So which is it?  Your job ... or your reaction to it?
